NORMAN LANDA
Norman Landa is widely recognized as an authority on labor and employment law. Throughout his distinguished career, he has successfully and with the utmost integrity represented clients in virtually every industry.
Mr. Landa is Board-Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. (Fewer than 1% of attorneys in Texas are board-certified.) Licensed in both Texas and Oklahoma, he is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court; the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals; the Supreme Courts of Texas and Oklahoma; the U.S. District Court, Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas; and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Oklahoma.
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Landa was Labor Counsel and Director of Labor Relations for Zale Corporation. Over the years, he has been a frequent lecturer and has served as Adjunct Professor and Instructor at Southern Methodist University and the University of Texas at Dallas, respectively, teaching Labor Relations and Employment Law. He has also authored/co-authored numerous articles on labor and employment law and has mentored some of Dallas’ top labor and employment attorneys.

BRIAN LANDA
Brian Landa’s primary areas of practice are Labor and Employment Law and Entertainment Law.
Licensed in both Texas and Oklahoma, Mr. Landa is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas; and the U.S. District Court, Northern and Western Districts of Oklahoma. He is an active member of the Dallas Bar Association.
Mr. Landa received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa School of Law, where he was a Casenote and Comments Editor for the Tulsa Journal of Comparative and International Law; a participant in the University of Tulsa’s International Law Program in Bratislava, Slovakia; and a member of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Society.
Before returning to Dallas, Mr. Landa refined his legal research skills as a Senior Research Associate at LexisNexis. He subsequently managed licensing and royalty administration for MeadWestvaco, negotiating agreements in the areas of sports, entertainment and art.
Mr. Landa regularly volunteers for the Dallas Bar Association’s “Bar None”, an annual performance benefiting the Sarah T. Hughes Diversity Scholarships at Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law. He also serves as a volunteer judge for the annual Texas High School Mock Trial Competition.
